Terms and conditions
Effective September 10, 2026
Using this site
In short: By using this website you accept these terms.
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website, which is operated by Edgewood Consulting Group ("we", "us", "our"). If you use the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
In short: The site describes our services; any engagement is governed by a signed written agreement.
This site gives general information about the consulting services we provide. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services on particular terms or at a particular price.
Any engagement with us is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Our business emails
In short: We may email professionals whose work relates to ours, and a reply is enough to stop us.
We may write by email to professionals whose roles relate to the services we offer. Anyone who would rather not hear from us can simply reply and say so, in any words, and we will stop. Our privacy statement explains how we handle the information involved.
Sample material
In short: Any chart, dashboard or figure we show as an illustration is sample data, not a result or a promise.
Dashboards, charts, figures and numbers that appear on this site, or in any sample we link to or share, are sample data used for illustration. They are not results achieved for any client, and they are not a promise of any outcome.
Acceptable use
In short: Use the site lawfully and leave it working for everyone else.
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site or the systems that run it, overload or damage them, try to gain access to any part of it without authorization, probe or test it for vulnerabilities, or copy its content by automated means such as scraping or crawling tools.
Ownership of content
In short: The content is ours or our licensors'; you may view and print it for your own business reference.
The text, logos, graphics and other content on this site belong to Edgewood Consulting Group or to those who license material to us. You may view pages and print copies for your own business reference. Any other use needs our written permission.
Rights in work we produce for a client are set by the written agreement for that engagement.
Outside services and links
In short: Our contact form lives on our main website, and the site's typeface comes from a font service; their own terms apply.
The contact links on this site lead to the contact form on our main website at edgewoodcg.com/contact. The pages load their typeface from Google Fonts, a third-party font service. Those services are run under their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you use them.
No warranties
In short: The site is provided as it is, and nothing on it is professional advice.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Nothing on the site should be taken as legal, financial, engineering or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Limits on our liability
In short: We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is capped at one hundred US dollars.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any damages that are indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we were told such loss was possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
In short: If your misuse of the site causes a claim against us, you cover the cost.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edgewood Consulting Group from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
In short: New Jersey law applies, and disputes go to binding arbitration in Morris County unless the law says otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, held in Morris County, New Jersey, except where the law does not permit disputes of that kind to be arbitrated.
General provisions
In short: An unenforceable clause does not affect the rest, and changes are shown by the date above.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
These terms, together with our privacy statement, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. We may update them from time to time, and the effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Contact
In short: Write to our office or use our contact form.
Questions about these terms can be sent to Edgewood Consulting Group, 1719 State Route 10, Suite 226, Parsippany, NJ 07054, or through the contact form at edgewoodcg.com/contact.
